Title: Senior Analyst, Global Consumer and Member Insights

Description:

Global Nutrition Company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Global Consumer and Member Insights to join their team. The position will be responsible for overseeing the execution and analysis of custom marketing research projects from inception through reporting, with some supervision on design and analytics. This includes the drafting and analysis of research reports, complete with recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the design development of questionnaires and moderator guidelines to ensure the necessary data is captured
  • Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
  • Build relationships with external partners, including managing quality control and providing clear instructions to vendors.
  • Assist with report creation, including writing, analysis, chart/table creation in Excel or PowerPoint, and following direction over creation of certain identified sections of the report, including actionable recommendations
  • With direction and support, assist with writing questions for survey questionnaires
  • Able to effectively problem solve logistical issues and adjust on the fly.
  • Proactively identify issues and suggest solution on how to make projects run more smoothly

Requirements:
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create slides/graphs/charts that convey key research findings in compelling ways.
  • A problem solver that is always asking questions and looks to uncover the underlying drivers behind behavior
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, experience with SPSS and Sawtooth a plus
  • Able to manage multiple projects, ideally with high levels of data and detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills – strong in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Personal accountability and strong work ethic.
  • 4-6 years relevant work experience in an analytical role
  • 4 years demonstrated experience conducting quantitative research for a corporation, marketing agency, or research supplier
  • Experience in questionnaire design, compiling information, putting together reports and data analysis and with data analysis tools/programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing or related field )
  • Preferred MBA
