The Survey Programmer is responsible for programming and testing all aspects of online surveys. This individual will work closely with research operations and client service teams to consult on survey design elements and ensure that client projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires providing excellent customer service while managing our clients’ custom quantitative market research projects. The position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects at one time while meeting demanding deadlines. This job is responsible for programming the online survey that helps out clients answer their most pressing questions. Knowledge of market research is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Sciences/Engineering or equivalent experience. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • University or College degree.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with supplier side organization.

Market research Supplier focused on the Film and Television industry is looking for a Research Director to join their team. If you want to conduct research and work with the biggest studios, streaming services and TV networks this is the place for you. As a Director within the Client Service TV Group, you will join a team of experienced researchers who are dedicated to delivering actionable insights to top entertainment clients. You will be an integral part of the research process and relationship with your clients. You will report to a Vice President in the TV Group and serve as the day-to-day manager on a variety of research projects including, but not limited to, pilot tests, concept tests, ad/creative tests, positioning studies, brand tracking, and focus groups. You will work collaboratively with fellow client service team members, operations team members, third party vendors as well as clients on a daily basis. The position location ispreferred in Los Angeles but they will consider NYC metro, Miami or Dallas.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including: study and questionnaire design, proofing, working with other departments as needed to ensure success, tab specs, data analysis, report populating and writing, presentations, etc.
  • Supervise and lead the execution of project-specific operations to ensure high-quality deliverables, including coordinating activities with the Operations/Research Solutions team
  • Synthesizing and write narrative-driven analysis
  • Advising and partnering with development team to build next generation products and dashboards
  • Tracking industry trends and keeping current on program and series, entertainment, pop culture, research, and media trends

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in related field (business, communications, marketing, research, social sciences, etc.) is desired
  • 5-9 years of relevant work experience (market research/consumer insights experience required)
  • Market research (syndicated and/or custom) experience in entertainment industry is preferred
  • Mix of vendor and client-side experience is a bonus

This Key Account Director will be working remotely from home, but they need someone who can eventually get to the Midtown office. The job will be working directly with the US GM and will work closely with other consultants in Belgium. The goal is to drive the growth of the pharma and medical devices business in the Americas, with a focus on the US.This role needs a market researcher with pharmaceutical experience who will be solely focused on management of a very large account and maintain and growing that account.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for proactively managing, building and retaining relationships with a key account and at various levels of their business, including senior management.
  • You will be a trusted partner for our existing contacts and collaborate with these customers to identify unmet needs, expand our service portfolio and drive growth.
  • You must possess a genuine desire to serve clients and meet/exceed their expectations.
  • You will work on an international team for Key Account Management and project delivery, aligning with these team members to drive our growth in the most optimal way.

Requirements:
  • You have a master’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in a consulting company where you preferably served pharmaceutical/medtech companies
  • You have confidence/experience in dealing with clients at various levels of their business, from local BI or marketing teams to VP level.
  • The successful applicant will have a proven track record in conducting meetings, presenting, and resolving issues for clients.
