Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, develop, execute and analyze Qualitative and Quantitative consumer studies, and make actionable recommendations that impact product development for future launches and meet business strategies.
  • Produce and support team members in creating succinct consumer reports highlighting key insights that can be translated into compelling actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and manage client relationships to generate repeat business.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment with a minimum of 2 years of experience in website optimization and analytics. Experience with Optimizely preferred. Advanced Google Analytics certification preferred. Hospitality/cruise/travel industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the tourism field/travel/cruise industry. Sound knowledge of marketing fundamentals and solid decision-making skills sufficient to evaluate and decide on site content placement and product merchandising opportunities.

The Business Analytics and Insights Manger role will lead foundational learning across the organization in the area of consumption and analytics for effective brand and new product measurement. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3 years of business insights, managing syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI), or category management experience for a CPG organization.
