The company is based in Austin, TX but the job can be remote. You must be able to work independently, and no travel is required. Previous experience conducting similar work in the healthcare field is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data collection, analysis and modeling on large databases, including both external market data and internal sales data
  • Setup and maintain databases to be used by multiple teams
  • Develop and apply in-depth analytical problem-solving approaches

The Survey Programmer is responsible for programming and testing all aspects of online surveys. This individual will work closely with research operations and client service teams to consult on survey design elements and ensure that client projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires providing excellent customer service while managing our clients’ custom quantitative market research projects. The position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects at one time while meeting demanding deadlines. This job is responsible for programming the online survey that helps out clients answer their most pressing questions. Knowledge of market research is preferred. Requirements:
  • 3-5 years Decipher or Confirmit platform experience is a requirement.

  • Out of the box thinker.
  • Experience in Market Research Operations
  • Qualtrics, Alchemer/Survey Gizmo, SurveyMonkey platform experience is a plus

Market research Supplier focused on the Film and Television industry is looking for a Research Manager to join their team. As a Manager within the Client Service TV Group, you will join a team of experienced researchers who are dedicated to delivering actionable insights to top entertainment clients. You will be an integral part of the research process and relationship with your clients. You will report to a Vice President in the TV Group and serve as the day-to-day manager on a variety of research projects including, but not limited to, pilot tests, concept tests, ad/creative tests, positioning studies, brand tracking, and focus groups. You will work collaboratively with fellow client service team members, operations team members, third party vendors as well as clients on a daily basis. Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in development of questionnaires, sample specifications and project timelines
  • Assisting in development of discussion guides, as well as managing clients and moderators during focus groups
  • Monitoring survey fielding to ensure quality data collection and interacting extensively with the operations team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Creating data tab specs, checking data during fielding and post-field, and communicating with the operations and data processing teams as necessary
  • Assisting in analyzing data sets, populating reports, and providing insights and recommendations based on data
  • Building a rapport with clients and strengthening the relationship over time

Requirements:
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a Social Science
  • 2-4 years professional experience; a plus if experience is in primary market research, consumer research/insights, or TV/media
  • Familiar with (or eager to learn) various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Strong interest in media and entertainment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
