Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: 50-60K

Description:

Leisure, Travel & Tourism company is looking for a digital marketing specialist who has a good solid 2 plus years’ of experience. This role is working for the Director in the display advertising category.
Responsible for the planning, execution and maintenance of paid digital customer acquisition programs including 3rd party partner emails, display and programmatic with overall goal of increasing leads and booking conversion. This individual will develop, oversee and execute a comprehensive media plan and will be responsible for tracking, testing, optimizing and reporting across all initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the planning, execution, testing and optimization of paid digital acquisition channels including 3rd party emails, display and programmatic.
  • Build and maintain media and traffic plans with multiple media partners.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of creative development and submission to partners, reviewing proofs and communicating updates all within deadline.
  • Test all digital media placements providing final approvals to partners.
  • Develop and run all digital reporting including campaign recaps. Analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Implement and report on A/B testing plans. Recommend creative and copy optimization based on data and findings.
  • Understand custom audiences, lookalikes and modeling and application in digital space to optimize performance.
  • Work with Marketing Analytics team to provide digital marketing data for consolidated business reports.
  • Manage budget, vendors and other resources related to digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build tracking codes with Campaign Naming Convention tool and ensure all codes are accurately flowing into company's Domo reporting platform.
  • Manage pixel placement by working with internal teams to place and QA new pixels when necessary.
  • Develop standards and best practices for the creation, distribution, maintenance, retrieval and repurposing of digital content, collaborating with Marketing team members to ensure that all digital content aligns with other strategic messaging and maintains a consistent voice and tone.
  • Work closely with the search team in the development and enhancement of unique content strategies.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of digital marketing and media buying experience and strong reporting/analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of, experience with and passion for all aspects of digital marketing with demonstrated ability in media planning and buying.
  • Understanding of brand marketing.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of creative optimization and A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to effectively interact with media partners and other Marketing vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment to accomplish goals and efficiently execute campaigns within deadline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to organize data and pull out actionable insights using pivot tables, lookup tables, etc.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Optimizely, etc.
  • Experience with Social Media Tools such as: Hootsuite, Social Studio, Facebook Insights, Twitter Insights, Instagram Insights, Chute
