Title: Associate Insight Manager
Salary: 60-80K + 10%
Location: CO - Denver
Description:

Boutique consumer and brand research firm with a portfolio of 125+ clients of many sizes across a broad range of industries is seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience in a research environment who are motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about continuing to learn and develop their skills. In this role, you will work hands-on and under the direction of more senior colleagues on a range of custom research projects designed to provide clients with strategic direction to help them grow their business. This position is ideally suited for those who enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative environment and can be flexible with change.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting screeners and surveys
  • Developing analysis plans and creating report shells
  • Analyzing data and writing reports
  • Testing programmed surveys to ensure they are error-free, and working with programmers to resolve any errors prior to survey launch
  • Checking data as it is collected for additional confirmation of accuracy
  • Setting quotas and actively managing data collection throughout the field period
  • Creating specifications for data tabulations and checking the accuracy of this output
  • Creating code frames for open-end response coding
  • Populating charts and tables in reports and completing accuracy checks on tabled data
  • Responding to requests for additional data cuts and analysis as required
  • Proactively maintaining communication with internal clients on projects via daily status reports
  • Addressing client queries about the process and related details
  • Selecting and managing external vendors (e.g., sample, programming, data processing)
  • Conducting secondary research, such as online searches as needed
  • Proactively pursuing knowledge of the survey research industry to aid in professional development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in a research environment.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and producing the highest quality work
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Strong desire to learn and able to get up-to-speed quickly
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize projects effectively and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Experience working both independently, and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with colleagues at various levels
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to learn programming tools and generate simple reports
