The right candidate needs to have questionnaire design experience and any exposure to conjoint analysis and/or advanced analytics is a plus. This position can be remote. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of custom market research studies, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Develop and achieve project timelines, milestones, and deliverables and provide regular updates on project timeline and subsequent steps to the team.
  • Manage team of internal resources, mentoring and training junior staff members.
  • Develop executive-level analysis, telling the “story” of each research project and crafting a compelling summary that utilizes visuals/infographics.

  • Manage all project-related meetings, including client meetings, internal brainstorms and vendor meetings.

  • 2 clients fortune 500 with successful experiences with firm, open proposals and/or already closed business for 2019 with almost all clients; poised for growth
  • Commission on all maintenance work for these clients (even work already sold in in January and February (including renewable business))
  • About $7,500 in commission added to salary just for keeping existing business going
  • Jump to higher commission on growth after maintenance
  • Small additional revenue goal of bringing in new clients
  • Additional bonus for every new client brought in regardless of size
  • Added bonus for slightly larger revenue clients brought in

Requirements:
