Responsibilities:
  • Custom Client Research
  • Work with clients to create survey design, sampling and research approaches that deliver against business objectives

They provide primary research which encompasses baseline and tracking studies which profile the characteristics, attitudes and buying behaviors of consumer and professional remodeler customers. The Senior Market Research Project Manager can be located in Indianapolis, IN or Denver, CO with five years or more experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage quantitative research projects from start to finish
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide the highest level of service and support
  • Design questionnaires, plan analyses and coordinate resources for online and phone fieldwork
  • Work with the Operations Team to manage projects including questionnaire setup, programming, fieldwork, coding, tabulations of data and other analytical needs
  • Manage the project timelines while ensuring milestones are met and approved signed off at the various stages of the project execution
  • Analyze and interpret project results; prepare reports and presentations

Requirements:
  • A college degree in mathematics, statistics, market research, or other analytical focus is required.

The Senior Market Research Manager will work closely with the Associate Director to lead the execution of quantitative market research and help to coordinate qualitative research. Additional responsibilities will include working with secondary industry and consumer research (from online and other sources) and managing the analysis of syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Work with account management team, clients and brand to understand and document business research objectives, including project briefing and scheduling project work
  • Formulate research execution and analysis plans
  • Design and assist in the development of sampling plans and questionnaires
  • Conduct or recommend analyses using different quantitative methods (including statistical/modeling methods)
  • Perform quality control checks of survey websites and data
  • Liaise with outside fieldwork vendors/contractors and other areas (sampling, programming, statistics, etc.) to ensure successful execution of research projects
  • Program questionnaires using Qualtrics or works with outside suppliers for questionnaire programming and hosting
  • Prepare analyses and tab specification plans
  • Analyze results and develops PowerPoint reports (or contributes to other deliverables – e.g., creative materials), including drafting of conclusions and recommendations
  • Analyze syndicated data from Nielsen, IRI, and Spectra along with reporting trend information from Technomic, Datassential, and Mintel platforms.
  • Manage market research analyst and any additional analysts as marketing’s market research team expands

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7-10+ years producing quantitative ad hoc market research within the custom market research industry. Supplier side experience strongly preferred, but will consider client-side experience, if relevant
  • Experience in various quantitative research methodologies, including ATUs, market segmentation, choice modeling, etc.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods, such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, perceptual maps, conjoint analysis, discriminant analysis and others
  • Expertise with SPSS, Q or similar statistical software highly desirable
  • Experience with qualitative research and/or syndicated data a plus
  • Demonstrated success managing research studies independently, from questionnaire design to report delivery, including multi-market and complex research studies
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics or the Social Sciences
  • Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in food/fresh meat industry a plus

The role will manage 3 staff; analyst, escalations manager, and social media agent.In the role of Consumer Advocacy Manager, you will be tasked with the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Voice of the Consumer (VoC) program that captures feedback from consumers across the CRM touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. This position is responsible for establishing a VoC strategy, developing the Advocacy strategic and annual plan, roadmap and implementing the components of the roadmap with the Director of Consumer Insights, Business Analytics and Advocacy. This role is both strategic and facilitative to help understand and address consumer feedback both positive and dissatisfaction with best-in-class consumer practices that enable high consumer satisfaction and opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Consumer Advocacy agenda and voice of the consumer strategy
  • Responsible for the management Consumer Advocacy team and off-shore teams.
  • Develops and provides training in role and external training to assist the team in upskilling competencies and aid in trouble shooting and responding to consumer inquiries.
  • Develops regular training programs in providing excellent customer service.
  • Leads and manages the KPI monthly and weekly reporting to line manager, on performance and nature of inquiries.
  • Lead the creation of the first consumer advisory panel to create brand advocates, and leverage the panel across the wider Consumer Insights, Business Analytics and Advocacy team in line with CCPA guidelines.

  • Proactively identify opportunities that can be leveraged across the brands for Marketing and Innovation teams.

Requirements:
  • 4 years of Customer service and engagement managerial experience.
