Full-service research consultancy using conversational insight solutions and utilizing game-changing, proprietary conversational technologies is looking for a researcher who has custom survey design experience who can write a questionnaire from scratch. This role will work directly with senior consultants and industry leaders who are passionate about the power of insights. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience on the supplier side of research; exposure to both quantitative and qualitative methodologies including questionnaire development, project management, and analysis/reporting. The position is a hybrid role needing employees in the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all stages of the market research project cycle.
  • Manage proposals and research design, operational execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Nurture and develop strategic client relationships.

Requirements:
  • University or College degree.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with supplier side organization.
  • Exposure to sophisticated market research practices including a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Experience managing end-to-end market research projects, including:
  • Designing and developing questionnaires and discussion guides,

Description:

Full-service advertising agency working exclusively with companies in the meat industry who offers a wide range of services to clients, including strategy, customer insights, integrated public relations programs, omnichannel advertising to reach target audiences, social media services, web development, creative development, including photography and video services, and account management services is looking to add a Senior Market Research Manager to the team. The Senior Market Research Manager will work closely with the Associate Director to lead the execution of quantitative market research and help to coordinate qualitative research. Additional responsibilities will include working with secondary industry and consumer research (from online and other sources) and managing the analysis of syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Work with account management team, clients and brand to understand and document business research objectives, including project briefing and scheduling project work
  • Formulate research execution and analysis plans
  • Design and assist in the development of sampling plans and questionnaires
  • Conduct or recommend analyses using different quantitative methods (including statistical/modeling methods)
  • Perform quality control checks of survey websites and data
  • Liaise with outside fieldwork vendors/contractors and other areas (sampling, programming, statistics, etc.) to ensure successful execution of research projects
  • Program questionnaires using Qualtrics or works with outside suppliers for questionnaire programming and hosting
  • Prepare analyses and tab specification plans
  • Analyze results and develops PowerPoint reports (or contributes to other deliverables – e.g., creative materials), including drafting of conclusions and recommendations
  • Analyze syndicated data from Nielsen, IRI, and Spectra along with reporting trend information from Technomic, Datassential, and Mintel platforms.
  • Manage market research analyst and any additional analysts as marketing’s market research team expands

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7-10+ years producing quantitative ad hoc market research within the custom market research industry. Supplier side experience strongly preferred, but will consider client-side experience, if relevant
  • Experience in various quantitative research methodologies, including ATUs, market segmentation, choice modeling, etc.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods, such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, perceptual maps, conjoint analysis, discriminant analysis and others
  • Expertise with SPSS, Q or similar statistical software highly desirable
  • Experience with qualitative research and/or syndicated data a plus
  • Demonstrated success managing research studies independently, from questionnaire design to report delivery, including multi-market and complex research studies
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics or the Social Sciences
  • Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in food/fresh meat industry a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Manage global creative testing and campaign measurement initiatives across five geographic regions.
  • Scope learning agendas, measurement plans and conduct related testing and analyses to advance creative excellence.
  • Support the execution of high-impact program improvement recommendations that create value for strategic initiatives.
  • Find and create opportunities for analytical synergy with analytics, data science, and marketing mix teams.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience conducting primary market research from questionnaire design through implementation is required.
  • Experience in data analysis, business analytics and continuous measurement using SAS, SPSS, Tableau or other analytic and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • 8 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an advanced degree (Master's/MBA) - the majority of your work experience is related to market research.
  • 6 or more years' experience managing primary quantitative and qualitative market research at a large global organization or with a leading, globally respected market research agency.
  • Prior experience managing large market research ongoing measurement programs in a highly matrixed environment

This role is responsible for leading the development of a consumer insights product that will measure consumer behavior, consumer usage of all payment methods in a wide variety of merchant categories comprehensively and reliably. The analytics from this product is used to plan, develop, and execute product development, portfolio management and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Create products that are at the intersection of payments, market research, voice of customer and data that can be commercialized globally
  • Set vision, define success with KPIs, build multiyear roadmaps for products that involve autonomous finance, cash flow management, rewards, loyalty, and optimizing account balances leveraging best in class customer experiences and full stack product development
  • Manage prioritization of roadmap, features and deliverables while managing triple constraints - scope, time and budget and most importantly all your stake holders
