The need is for a
skilled research methods and data science expert with a strong quantitative background to lead the Market Understanding and Diligence Research Methodology practice area, which will encompass a bundle of research areas likely to include market understanding, A&U, market sizing, unmet needs assessment, and segmentation. As a result, the role will form partnerships with key stakeholders across the business, owning the development and standardization of new quant, qual, and multi-mode offerings, train various teams, partner with adjacent teams to optimize workflow and build client deliverables, and support the business units on client engagements/projects, and broader organization initiatives. The Central Strategic Solutions team is a global unit tasked with building new areas of opportunity and efficiency and include panel operations, survey programming, data-processing, research methods and reporting functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and develop analytical methods used in market research approaches, such as MaxDiff and Conjoint.
  • Support the Product Development group as a specialist in development of standardized methods and deliverables.
  • Partner with Reporting and Analytics and Operations teams to build more packaged solutions and pricing strategy, align reporting outputs to methodology types, and improve quality/consistency/standardization of deliverables.
  • Evaluate and onboard new vendors, software, and training required to expand into new areas of expertise.
  • Contribute to companies competitive intelligence as we enter new research categories, via thought leadership to drive innovation, adopt modern methods, and maximize technology integration.
  • Train, mentor, and certify the business units and Reporting and Analytics team on advanced methods & best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or social sciences area of focus.
  • 8+ years of custom market research experience with emphasis on research methods and analytics.
  • Detailed knowledge of various research methodologies, sampling design, data integration, statistics and multivariate analysis, and advanced analytical methods.
  • Proficient in a selection of modern data analysis tools and methods, such as Q, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, Sawtooth.
  • Must have experience designing research and writing/presenting marketing research insights to clients.
  • Previous experience building and implementing new research products, standards, and processes to be adopted company-wide is required.

  • Act as liaison between sales and operations – with a full understanding of what is needed to execute on projects successfully while strategically supporting a very growth-oriented organization

International market research panel company driven by technology and consumer-analytics, to global clientele of MR firms, Ad Agencies, Consultancy firms, and End Enterprises, who need rich, intelligent, and actionable quant-qual insights, with new-age research solutions is looking for a Associate Account Director/Sr Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a team entrusted with the responsibility of servicing existing and new accounts. This role will be responsible for organic growth, service delivery excellence and team performance.This job reports to the SVP, Global Sales who is looking for a tenured Farmer who can grow existing already established accounts, no hunting is required.This is a remote job, ideally for someone located in the East Coast.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage proposal writing for key accounts which should include assessment of feasibility/ challenges/ pricing and field estimation
  • Identify change control opportunities and capitalize on "add-on" sales opportunities across projects to increase revenue
  • Drive client relationships independently and drive volume of business
  • Derive meaningful conclusions from account metrics
  • Understand latent needs of client, and place relevant company products and services
  • Understanding of market research products and services
  • Actively identify leads and follow up to convert into prospective client
  • Manage the resource and cost estimates for bids
  • Identify training needs for the current team
  • Prioritize client requirement
  • Error free work delivered to client as per the given requirement
  • Schedule client meeting and meet them to increase revenue potential

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience of project/client/sales management in a market research or MR BPO or Online Panel organization
  • Sales/Pre-sales/Client service background (target oriented) Should have managed a P&L in their previous roles
  • Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple international client relationships in the MR/BPO industry
  • Strong client service orientation, and the ability to liaise with senior client and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with market research/ project management/RFP management methodologies/tools
  • Strong project management skills, ability to take ownership, drive and motivate self and others to desired results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in market research within Online Panel project management
  • Knowledge in web-based marketing, campaigns and content creation
  • Experience in handling international clients/projects.
