The firm’s software works between hardware and software making it more effective for their customers. If you are ready for the challenge of driving strategy and execution for an exciting, global, aggressive company read on. The ideal candidate must have Experience with IT infrastructure, storage software and have worked in a solutions-channel. The firm has headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL and the position ideally will be FL, Austin or anywhere on the East Coast.   • Maintaining and organizing template library and shared drive

Responsibilities:
  • Be Proficient in the use of Astute Consumer Relationship Management system or similar (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Leads the development of Business Unit Dashboards to signal Quality, Marketing, Innovation opportunities and to update on a Monthly Basis.
  • Analyze consumer complaints and develop the right corrective solutions to respond to inquiries and issues within the Astute CRM.

  • Identify design, logic, and data errors when auditing questionnaires, online programs, data tabulations, coded open ends, reports, other data layouts, etc.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships and communication with internal partners and vendors to ensure delivery of all requested project materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes to expedite deliverables to internal partners and clients.
  • Support and assist members of the Research Solutions team as needed; completes special projects, project tasks, and other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or executive team members.
  • On occasion, some late night and weekend availability will be required.

Requirements:
  • A passion for movies and TV shows
  • Minimum 1 year of supplier-side market research experience.
  • Experience with various market research methodologies.
  • Experience managing research projects independently from start to finish including managing tasks and adhering to timelines/deadlines.
  • Understanding of effective survey design and ability to create questionnaires to meet varying research needs.
  • Experience working with and manipulating large and complex quantitative data sets a plus.
  • BA/BS with strong academic record and analytical background.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Experience with business-related software such as Survey Monkey or Qualtrics a plus.
  • Internet-savvy with an ability to problem-solve issues by using online resources.
