Market intelligence firm that specializes in select dermatology, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, and rheumatology markets with biopharma clients is looking for a strong market research professional with pharmaceutical market research background. The primary role of the Associate Insights Director is to support and provide disease area expertise to the end-to-end insights generation process using our proprietary market research data across a therapy area. The position reports to the Director and is based in Exton, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop framework for data visualization, typically in PowerPoint format
  • Check survey links as needed and track changes to ensure survey logic is accurate
  • Write a first pass on reports including key takeaways and executive summaries to translate data into insightful reports
  • Keep up to date with disease landscape
  • Proofread final reports and provide peer reviews
  • Provide fresh (methodologically sound) content and revisions for questionnaires that will provide actionable insights
  • Provide direction to analysts to ensure accurate data collection and population
  • Oversee the tracking of changes and managing version control of questionnaires
  • Attend client readouts, track follow-up requests, and provide ad-hoc deliverables
  • Develop customized client presentations containing additional relevant analyses beyond those provided within the syndicated report
  • Work with marketing and insights analyst to ensure that the report offerings are properly positioned in external materials
  • Detail-oriented documentation of on-going syndicated questionnaires and reports
  • Development of content to be included in the on-going publications
  • Timely delivery of questionnaires, templates, and high quality/insightful report materials

Requirements:
  • 3-7 Years Market Research experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Required working knowledge and experience using Microsoft PowerPoint

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, this individual will partner with the business and IT to define and document existing data, metrics and processes along with defining future data needs for use across the organization. This position will lead the Data Governance Council and promote and advance thinking in the organization on all aspects of data governance including data quality, metadata management, master data management. There are no direct reports reporting into this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Advance the organization's thinking of data governance concepts, explaining the benefits of data governance policies and procedures within the context of the user's needs
  • Define and execute processes to monitor data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and privacy, establish consistent data definitions, and monitor overall data quality
  • Identify producers and consumers of master data as well as how the data will be used for reporting and analytics
  • Align data governance objectives with overall business goals
  • Lead the Data Governance Council tackling issues and setting the road-map to create a culture that manages data as an enterprise asset. Document the meeting notes and track the progress of follow-up events
  • Support the Data Governance Council by driving and delivering on data-related projects and initiatives defined on the roadmap.
  • Identify, document and standardize the use and governance of data in support of the enterprise's business strategy
  • Partner with the business in documenting metrics, data classifications and standards to all levels of the organization
  • Document and implement data quality policies, standards, and procedures existing and new data environments
  • Perform data audits, identify data collection issues, suggest improvements, and help implement fixes. Coordinate remediation activities within the business unit and Data Management Team.
  • Identify opportunities and processes to ensure data meets the following characteristics, including but not limited to: accuracy, validity, reliability, timeliness, relevance and completeness
  • Partner with Data Stewards & influence Data Custodians on their role and their ownership of the data and maintaining standards of data quality
  • Implementation of processes and procedures to minimize the risk to data integrity as well as define remediation plans to mitigate known data risks

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Data Governance certification (i.e. DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)) preferred
  • Prior data quality or data integrity experience preferred. Strong research, data interpretation and analytical skills
  • Ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options. The ability to translate and communicate effectively among the languages used by executive, business, IT teams.
  • Leadership skills with he ability to influence, communicate openly and honestly with colleagues and customers. Takes personal responsibility for the quality and content of the work, and complies with information confidentiality requirements where applicable

This includes measuring consumer reaction for upcoming movie, television shows, and digital media programming, and working with major and emerging entertainment brands to develop release strategies. This job can be remote, West Coast location preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists with all components of custom online research studies, test screenings, focus groups, exit polls, advertising surveys, etc.
  • Identify design, logic, and data errors when auditing questionnaires, online programs, data tabulations, coded open ends, reports, other data layouts, etc.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships and communication with internal partners and vendors to ensure delivery of all requested project materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes to expedite deliverables to internal partners and clients.
  • Support and assist members of the Research Solutions team as needed; completes special projects, project tasks, and other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or executive team members.
  • On occasion, some late night and weekend availability will be required.

Responsibilities:
  • Consulting with clients on project specifications, logistics, and methodology
  • Developing questionnaires and report templates
  • Maintaining and organizing template library and shared drive
  • Creating and implementing data tab specs, banner plans, checking data in-flight and post-field, and communicating with the Operations and Data Processing teams as necessary
  • Monitoring field execution to ensure quality data collection, including weekend and evening monitoring (if needed), and interacting extensively with the Operations and Data Processing teams throughout the project lifecycles
