Title: Senior Manager, Global Insights
Salary: 140-165K + 12% bonus
Location: CA - Foster City
Description:

Financial Services company specializing in digital payments is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Insights to join their team. The position will report to the Senior Director of Global Insights and Analytics. This role is responsible for market research, data analysis and other global strategic initiative support within the Global Insights & Analytics team. The preferred location for this position is in Foster City, California.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage global creative testing and campaign measurement initiatives across five geographic regions.
  • Scope learning agendas, measurement plans and conduct related testing and analyses to advance creative excellence.
  • Support the execution of high-impact program improvement recommendations that create value for strategic initiatives.
  • Find and create opportunities for analytical synergy with analytics, data science, and marketing mix teams.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience conducting primary market research from questionnaire design through implementation is required.
  • Experience in data analysis, business analytics and continuous measurement using SAS, SPSS, Tableau or other analytic and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • 8 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an advanced degree (Master's/MBA) - the majority of your work experience is related to market research.
  • 6 or more years' experience managing primary quantitative and qualitative market research at a large global organization or with a leading, globally respected market research agency.
  • Prior experience managing large market research ongoing measurement programs in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience conducting consumer (B2C) and B2B research a plus though not required.
  • Foundational understanding of branding, advertising (traditional and digital), campaign performance measurement and strategy a plus
  • A background in payments, financial institutions, and consumer lending a plus but not required.
