Experience with SDS Authoring software, Product and Chemical Compliance software are a plus. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead complex sales engagements, position Product Stewardship as a strategic solution to regulatory and market challenges, and drive revenue growth by helping customers bring safer, compliant, and more sustainable products to market. Responsibilities:
Support the development of multi-year software account plans by providing subject matter expertise in Product Stewardship solutions, including material selection, compliance management, supply chain transparency, and sustainability across the product life cycle.
Contribute to product and solution strategy by sharing customer needs, regulatory pain points, industry trends, and feedback with product and service teams.
Maintain an ongoing plan to prioritize a portfolio of accounts, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities for software adoption, expansion, and renewal.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and advise customers on how the Product Stewardship platform integrates into existing product development, formulation, and compliance workflows.
Leverage technical and regulatory credibility to build relationships with buyers, product stewards, regulatory, EHS, R&D, and compliance leaders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Product Stewardship customers throughout the sales cycle.
Clearly communicate the value proposition based on deep knowledge of materials data, regulatory requirements, SDS authoring, supplier transparency, and sustainability insights.
Maintain ongoing customer relationships post-sale to support renewals, increased adoption, and long-term account growth.
Collaborate on proposals and closings for Product Stewardship software solutions and related services.
Partner with account managers on discovery, opportunity identification, account planning, and seamless support throughout the sales cycle.
Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to gather customer requirements and advance complex regulatory and compliance-driven opportunities.
Provide input to account owners on growth opportunities within assigned industries and solution areas.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
Support smooth handoffs to implementation teams and Customer Success partners post-sale to ensure strong adoption and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
5+ years of related sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as software engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or business.
Deep knowledge and experience with Product Stewardship, regulatory compliance software, or related specialty solutions.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical acumen related to materials management, compliance, and sustainability platforms.
Solid business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
