• Lead usability testing, field research, interviews, and user studies across a wide range of medical devices and digital health solutions.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover actionable insights and design improvements.
• Deliver compelling presentations and high-quality reports to clients, translating complex findings into clear recommendations.
• Develop essential human factors documentation, including test plans, reports, task analyses, and risk assessments.
• Provide project and client management support while mentoring junior team members.
• Stay at the forefront of medical device regulations and human factors best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of human factors experience in medical devices or a highly regulated industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% (including occasional trips to the US).
• Must be a UK Citizen NO Visa Sponsorships
