This role focuses on helping enterprise organizations navigate complex global regulatory requirements and turn sustainability insights into actionable strategies.As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead complex, high-value sales engagements. You will position a strategic SaaS solution designed for investment-grade sustainability reporting, helping clients streamline ESG data across global frameworks like CSRD, ISSB, and GHG protocols.Candidates with experience at Sphera, Workiva, Enablon, Persefoni, Cority, or Gensuite are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire process from discovery to closing complex enterprise deals.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop multi-year plans to prioritize accounts and build executive-level relationships.
Solution Expert: Deliver product demonstrations and advise on integrating ESG software into finance, supply chain, and operations environments.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to sustainability, finance, and risk leaders.
Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects and Account Managers to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful software adoption.
Market Insight: Provide feedback on market trends and regulatory shifts to influence product strategy.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, preferably within ESG, sustainability, or compliance software.
Education: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a technical or business-related field.
Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed multi-million dollar sales targets in a complex enterprise environment.
Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of carbon reporting, Scope 3, and global sustainability frameworks.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
